You can dust off the green, yellow, and checkered flags! The first sounds of stock car racing in 2015 came from the state of Florida this weekend. According to all reports from various teams the ARCA Racing Series open test at Daytona International Speedway was a huge success. Officials from ARCA, NASCAR, and other racing entities were on hand for an open test for the ARCA Racing series. In all thirty-seven drivers took to the track for the test which was cut short by almost three hours due to wet track conditions.

According to ARCAracing.com the test was led by the No. 48 Hylton-Empire Ford Fusion with Sean Corr behind the wheel at the "World Center of Racing". Corr was fastest overall with a speed of 187.692 mph. The com

The 63rd season for the ARCA Racing Series will kick off at Speedweeks with a return to Daytona in a few short weeks. Menards Pole Qualifying presented by Ansell will take place at 3:30 Friday afternoon, which will be done in group sessions. The Lucas Oil 200, which serves as the preamble for NASCAR's Sprint Unlimited, is set to get the green flag at 4:15 Saturday, February 14. The complete story can be read here.
